Bisola Kola-Daisi, daughter of the late former Oyo State Governor Abiola Ajimobi, has passed away at the age of 42. She died in the United Kingdom after a short illness.
Her husband shared the sad news, describing her as a bright light in their lives. He said she was more than a wife — she was his closest friend and partner. He added that her memory will live on through their children.
Before her passing, Bisola worked as a Special Adviser to the Minister of Budget and Planning, Atiku Bagudu. She also led Grandex Nigeria Ltd., a retail and wholesale business that began in 1984.
Bisola was known for her strong work ethic, kindness, and dedication to both her family and her career. Her death has left many in shock, especially those close to her.
She is survived by her husband, children, and the larger Ajimobi family. Funeral arrangements are expected to be announced soon.
