Suspended Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, has vowed to continue protecting the interests of the state’s residents despite the ongoing political turmoil. He emphasized that attempts to disrupt the state’s peace and deny people their livelihoods would not succeed. Fubara assured that his commitment to peaceful governance and respect for authority remains steadfast, aiming to keep Rivers State exemplary in the nation.
During an Eid-el-Fitr visit, Fubara addressed Muslim leaders from 20 Islamic groups at his residence in Port Harcourt.
